What are your support hours?
We reply 7 days a week, 07:00–21:00 WITA (Bali time). Messages sent at night are answered first thing in the morning.
How fast will I get a reply?
WhatsApp is fastest — usually within minutes during working hours. Email replies within 24 hours.
What should I include for a date change or refund?
Your booking reference (e.g. BT-XXXXXX), the experience name, travel date and group size. This lets us confirm availability or start your refund immediately.
Do I need to call, or is chat enough?
Chat is enough for everything — booking, rescheduling, refunds and private tour quotes. Tap any WhatsApp button and your message is pre-filled.
